Founder & Executive Director
In 2006, Jessica Tomasin became the studio manager of Echo Mountain Recording in Asheville, NC. Her career in music has expanded to include artist/label management, booking, event production, and music publishing. In 2013, she was chosen as the Entrepreneur of the Year by the City of Asheville/Chamber of Commerce for her work in music. In 2014 she started Jet Up Productions and currently producing a festival called Connect: Beyond the Page, which explores how art can influence social change. She is the co-founder of Asheville Music Professionals, a non-profit organization committed to providing education, advocacy, connection and collaboration in the music community. She's volunteered the last 18 years in her community and she is committed to helping the future of music in any way she can.

Festival Producer/Creative Director
In 2011, Crissa Requate founded Mason Jar Media, a boutique marketing agency specializing in publicity and radio promotion campaigns for festivals, musicians, and brands. Nestled in the idyllic, arts-centric town of Asheville, NC, Mason Jar Media goes beyond traditional pitching and standard timelines to achieve results. Reflecting Crissa’s passion for music and determination to see her clients flourish, Mason Jar campaigns combine creativity with strategy and persistence to help festivals and bands receive national recognition. The agency’s current and previous clients include KAABOO branded festivals, Bonnaroo, Shaky Knees, Forecastle, Hangout, Okeechobee Music Festival, Luke Bryan’s Crash My Playa, Explore Asheville (the Convention and Visitors Bureau for Asheville, NC), Slightly Stoopid, G. Love and Special Sauce, and more. Several of these event clients have been nominated for “Festival of the Year” accolades while working with Crissa.
Crissa graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston and held various music industry positions in NYC before moving to Western North Carolina in 2007. When she isn’t running photo pits or crafting pitches for her clients, she might be playing dress-up with her two young daughters or enjoying a craft beer from a local brewery – sometimes simultaneously.
With a background in writing, filmmaking and the arts, Iz Web’s diverse career has included information architecture, multimedia activist art, theatrical/festival/event production, community organization, and circus arts. As Head of Development for Social Construct Films, she oversees the development of a slate of film and television projects. She is Co-Producer of the BUENA VISTA SOCIAL CLUB ADIOS documentary, and Associate Producer on THE SONG OF SWAY LAKE. A lifelong environmental activist, she is currently Producing the documentary DEGREES TO EXTINCTION: CAN WE SURVIVE CLIMATE CHANGE?, executive produced by Dan Rather and directed by 2x Emmy winning journalist Joyce Ferder Rankin. In 2017 she launched her production company Creatrix Laboratories, focused on short form and web-based content. In her personal time, Iz writes, makes art, and performs acrobatics with Clan Destiny Circus.

Producer Zak Kilberg is the founder of Social Construct Films, which handles the creative development, financing, production and worldwide sales for a slate of feature films and television series. Kilberg’s projects have won awards at major film festivals including Sundance and have been acquired by top distributors worldwide including Lionsgate, Universal, HBO, Showtime, IFC, and more. He recently produced the BUENA VISTA SOCIAL CLUB follow up documentary w/ 2x Oscar nominated director Lucy Walker and 3x Oscar nominee Wim Wenders Executive Producing, as well as THE SONG OF SWAY LAKE from Sundance award-winning director Ari Gold. Zak is currently executive producing the NY Times bestselling memoir GUANTANAMO DIARY, with Oscar winning director Kevin Macdonald and produced by Benedict Cumberbatch (DOCTOR STRANGE, THE IMITATION GAME), as well as the critically-acclaimed book SAY HER NAME with BAFTA-nominated producer William Horberg (THE KITE RUNNER, COLD MOUNTAIN) and Oscar nominated screenwriter Scott B. Smith (A SIMPLE PLAN). He also recently signed on to produce the untitled 1921 Tulsa race riot feature film directed by Tim Story (FANTASTIC FOUR, RIDE ALONG, BARBERSHOP).
